為加強公司專業技術人才交流，提升人才素質，深入推進培訓方式，提高技術技能型人才培養質量和服務區域經濟社會發展的能力。3月11日，公司與克拉瑪依職業技術學院舉行校企合作簽約儀式，共同建設產教融合實訓基地。公司副總地質師董明、克拉瑪依職業技術學院石油工程系主任孫新銘及相關技術及專業教師共同參加了此次簽約儀式。
會上，董明介紹了公司近況和發展方面所做的努力及取得的成績。同時感謝學院長期以來在優秀技術人才輸送所做的各項工作。雙方自2009年首次合作以來，在企業人才培訓，畢業生就業等方面開展了多方位的合作。希望今后能夠加快推進校企合作，達到互利共贏，培養出適應公司需求的技能型專業人才。
雙方就石油工程相關專業進一步校企合作產教融合事宜進行了深入洽談，并簽訂產教融合校企合作協議書，為后續合作奠定堅實的基礎。根據協議內容，雙方將在社會需求調研和設置專業、培養方案設計與實施、校企共享基地建設、實習教學和頂崗實習、就業服務與指導、畢業生跟蹤調查、科技開發與成果推廣、在職職工繼續教育與培訓、職業資格鑒定和“雙師素質”教師培養等領域進行合作。通過合作，形成以社會人才需求和學生就業為導向，以行業、企業為依托的校企合作產學研結合的聯合辦學體制和機制，努力成為本地區本行業高級技能人才培養、學術研究、項目開發、信息服務與技術援助的。
