近日，公司積極開展各種活動，慶祝“五一”勞動節，紀念“五四”青年節。
4月27日，公司工會組織節日慰問品，分送到正在疆內施工的每支隊伍。向疆外施工的壓裂1隊、2隊，海外施工的尼日爾項目部發放了節日慰問費用。
4月28日，公司機關、車隊、壓裂隊35歲以下青年齊聚大農業基地，開展了以“弘揚五四精神，奉獻火熱青春，爭當時代青年先鋒”為主題的戶外活動，通過參觀苗圃、徒步、勞動、游戲互動等環節，加強了溝通交流，增進了員工友誼。
公司董事長李熙參加活動并做了重要講話。首先，代表公司董事會、工會、共青團組織向工作在各個崗位的全體員工和青年朋友們表示誠摯的慰問和節目的祝賀。
李熙指出，青年人像早晨八九點鐘的太陽，要朝氣蓬勃，敢于擔當，勇挑重擔；同時，要努力學習，謙虛謹慎，向老員工、老專家多請教，多學習，快速成長，以勞動之我和青春之我創造美好的正通。
4月30日，公司財務總監李梅生、總經理助理包明魁、副總地質師董明一行赴夏27區塊慰問了鉆井16隊。
5月1日，公司總經理李剛、副總地質師董明、綜合辦公室主任羅明一行赴艾湖12區塊慰問了鉆井4隊，
李剛詳細詢問了隊上各項工作情況并強調指出，要關心員工的工作和生活。同時，借此和準鉆合作的機會，要努力學習對方先進的技術、基礎管理、生產組織及安全管理經驗，提升隊伍管理水平。
目前，公司各項生產活動正常平穩。
