7月24日，鉆井項(xiàng)目部傳來(lái)喜訊，由公司40009隊(duì)承擔(dān)的FHW21038P井，設(shè)計(jì)工期12天，實(shí)際完井工期9.96天，創(chuàng)造了烏爾禾地區(qū)同類井型鉆井時(shí)間新紀(jì)錄。
FHW21038P井位于烏爾禾風(fēng)城1號(hào)油砂礦井區(qū)，該區(qū)塊鉆井工程是富城能源公司2023年產(chǎn)能建設(shè)重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目、實(shí)現(xiàn)跨越式發(fā)展暨打造自治區(qū)綜合能源公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的重要環(huán)節(jié)。公司高度重視，在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)成立了鉆井項(xiàng)目部，專門抽調(diào)優(yōu)秀鉆井隊(duì)，各路專家靠前指揮、靠前協(xié)調(diào)，確保項(xiàng)目的優(yōu)質(zhì)高效完成。
施工期間，正是克拉瑪依高溫酷暑季節(jié)。面對(duì)困難，40009隊(duì)全體將士揮灑著汗水，用智慧攻克一個(gè)個(gè)難關(guān)，精心策劃，細(xì)化每道工序，無(wú)縫銜接，把精細(xì)管理融入到生產(chǎn)組織全過(guò)程。同時(shí)，提前技術(shù)交底，一井一策，根據(jù)難點(diǎn)制定對(duì)策和預(yù)案，認(rèn)真分析該地區(qū)以往井史，結(jié)合以往鉆井經(jīng)驗(yàn)，總結(jié)出一套適合FHW21038P井的技術(shù)措施和辦法，也為后續(xù)在該地區(qū)鉆井積累了寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

On July 24, good news came from the Drilling Project Department. Well FHW21038P, undertaken by the company's team 40009 with a designed construction period of 12 days, completed the work with only 9.96 days, setting a new record for drilling time for similar well types in the Urho district.
Well FHW21038P is located in the No. 1 oil sands mine area of Fengcheng in Urho district. The drilling project in this block is a key production capacity construction project of Fucheng Energy of 2023, an important link in achieving leapfrog development and the strategy of building a comprehensive energy company in the autonomous region. The company attaches great importance to the project. It has established a drilling project department on site, deployed excellent drilling teams. Experts specialized in various fields took charge and provided coordination on site. All measures was to to ensure the high-quality and efficient completion of the project.
The construction period coincided with the hot summer in Karamayy. In the face of difficulties, all the workers of Team 40009 worked hard and overcame difficulties with wisdom. They carefully planned, refined each process, achieving seamless coordination and integrating fine management into the entire production organization process. Meanwhile, technical briefings were held in advance, tailored strategy was made to each well, and countermeasures and plans were formulated based on the difficulties. The past well history in the area was carefully analyzed, combined with previous drilling experience, a set of technical measures and methods suitable for the FHW21038P well were summarized, which also provided valuable experience for subsequent drilling in the area.
