2018年11月6日，克拉瑪依市長(zhǎng)王剛一行來(lái)到新疆正通公司調(diào)研指導(dǎo)工作。
董事長(zhǎng)總經(jīng)理李月廷介紹了新疆正通公司的基本情況，并就企業(yè)全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈建設(shè)、海外戰(zhàn)略、上游投資、資本市場(chǎng)、科技創(chuàng)新五個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了匯報(bào)。同時(shí)，詳細(xì)匯報(bào)了新疆油聯(lián)的基本情況、發(fā)展思路和規(guī)劃、發(fā)展目標(biāo)，目前存在的問(wèn)題和建議等。
克拉瑪依市長(zhǎng)王剛聽(tīng)取了李月廷的工作匯報(bào)后表示，對(duì)正通公司、新疆油聯(lián)有了更深刻的認(rèn)識(shí)。正通公司匯報(bào)企業(yè)存在的問(wèn)題，很多與油田有關(guān)，要多做油田的工作。同時(shí)提出了以下幾點(diǎn)要求：
一、搭建政府、油田、新疆油聯(lián)交流平臺(tái)。相關(guān)部門(mén)要盡快往前推，召開(kāi)三方座談會(huì)，就相關(guān)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行討論與溝通，新疆油聯(lián)做好相關(guān)材料的準(zhǔn)備工作。
二、企業(yè)要重視人才問(wèn)題。提升企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，靠的是人才。政府為留住人才采取了一系列措施，包括住房等，企業(yè)有需求，可以與相關(guān)部門(mén)聯(lián)系。
三、企業(yè)要發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢(shì)，做大、做強(qiáng)海外市場(chǎng)，政府要積極支持。
四、信心比黃金更重要。政府要做好服務(wù)工作，服務(wù)民營(yíng)企業(yè)是理所當(dāng)然，也是職責(zé)所在。

At the same time, the basic situation, development ideas and plans, development goals, existing problems and suggestions of Xinjiang Oil Union were reported in detail.
After listening to work report, Wang Gang said that he had a deeper understanding of Zhengtong Company and Xinjiang Oil Union. The problems existing in the enterprise are related to the oil field. We should do more work in the oil field. At the same time, the following requirements are put forward:
1. Build an exchange platform for the government, oilfield and Xinjiang Oil Federation. Relevant departments should push forward as soon as possible, hold a three-party symposium, discuss and communicate relevant issues, and prepare relevant materials for Xinjiang Oil Federation.
2. Enterprises should pay attention to the problem of talent. To enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises depends on talents. The government has taken a series of measures to retain talents, including housing, etc. Enterprises in need can contact relevant departments.
3. Enterprises should give full play to their advantages and expand and strengthen overseas markets with the active support of the government.
4. Confidence is more important than gold. The government should do a good job in providing services to private enterprises.
